Do I need to have a property in mind before reaching out?

No. Most people contact us before they've found a house. Getting pre-approved first is actually the smarter move. It tells you what you can afford, strengthens your offer when you find the right home, and prevents the frustration of falling in love with something that doesn't fit your budget.

What information do I need to have ready when I contact you?

Nothing formal is required to start a conversation. A general sense of your income, your credit range, what you have saved, and your general timeline is enough to give us a clear picture of where you stand. We'll ask for documents once you're ready to move forward with an application.

Can I just email instead of calling or scheduling?

What if I've already been denied by another lender?

Reach out anyway. A denial from one lender doesn't close the door. We work through PRMG with full in-house underwriting, and we also hold broker authority to place files elsewhere when a situation calls for it. Do you work with self-employed buyers?

Yes. Self-employed income is one of the most commonly mishandled file types in the mortgage industry. We know how to document it correctly.
